The big bad. This guy has the stats of a Lich, but with some tweaks.
Once upon a time there was a boy named Linus van Pelt. He believed in the Great Pumpkin and was ridiculed for his beliefs. As he grew up, he harbored resentment for all of those around him. He realized there wasn’t really a Great Pumpkin, but he swore that some day he would find a way to change that.
Growing up, Linus studied any and all arcane tomes he could find. He eventually became a powerful wizard in his own right. And like all great wizards do on occasion, he pondered his mortality. Being human he lacked the longevity to really collect all the power he wanted. So he made a pact with a demi-god and gave up his mortal shell for one of power. And in this form, he was able to take the shape of a giant pumpkin. Not the great benevolent pumpkin of his delusional youth, but one which would eventually bring the region to its knees. He just needed to remove some obstacles.
